Exchange Policy

Defective products: requests accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Change of mind: we do not process direct exchanges. Customers must use the Right of Withdrawal (return within 14 days) and place a new order.

Products damaged during shipping: notify us within 7 calendar days with photos of the damaged item, and we will send a replacement free of charge.
